The private bedroom is 132 sq. ft., bright and spacious with two windows. It comes fully furnished with a full-size bed, mattress, dresser, nightstand, lamp, chair, and a personal reach-in closet. You’re welcome to add a desk or personal touches to make it feel like home, as long as everything is returned to its original condition at move-out.

Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen (gas range oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, freezer, utensils, pans, and dishes) and a separate laundry room with LG washer and dryer. Basic cleaning supplies like trash bags and dish soap are provided and regularly restocked.

Rental Terms:
Rent is $799/month, including all utilities (electricity, water, gas, and high-speed AT&T Wi-Fi). A 6-month lease is preferred, but shorter stays (minimum 3 months) may be considered for the right fit. Move-in requires the first month’s rent and a $400 refundable security deposit. If moving in before the 15th of the month, rent can be prorated.

Rent is paid monthly, due on the last day of the current month for the following month. All residents participate in a weekly cleaning rotation to maintain common areas. I prioritize community harmony and expect all housemates to be courteous and respectful.

Location & Transportation:
The house is located at the intersection of Hillandale Dr and Flat Shoals Rd, just behind Old National Highway, about a 10-minute drive from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Marta Bus 189 stops right on the corner, and Bus 89 is a 12-minute walk away. Driveway parking is available and included in the rent. I recommend checking Google Maps to make sure the location works well for your commute and daily errands.
